I've never paid by Johai, are they widely accepted? Anyway I tend to use cash for most day to day purchases, saves me adding up bills and receipts as I go along. Once it's gone from my pocket I stop, cards go on and on And if you're paranoid about government or corporate surveillance they can't track what you buy with cash and tie it to your name or residence. Not that I'm paranoid--did you hear that?? (sinking down and pulls box lid back on) ...
