good recipe but I make mine different:

I de-vein & soak away any dirt and put the shrimp in a mixture of garlic-pureed onion & spices over night: this way the flavors all blend in - then grill them the next day and add any toppings

I also prefer jojo fries (spiced potato wedges) instead of noodles
