[FONT=&#44404]the gap between the rich and the poor is in any countries. But it differs with countries. Especially, Like a communism country like North Korea has a huge gap. Only privileged children can learn and get a private education. but the reason why they are learning is based on the fear of North Korea's collapse. They are learning to prepare another life in other countries. a New technology and foreign language are immensely popular with them.[/FONT]

I walk by the DPRK embassy almost every day, which is nothing more than an apartment block which houses only a privileged few. They are all extremely short and rarely leave their compound.
