Only privileged children can learn and get a private education. but the reason why they are learning is based on the fear of North Korea's collapse. They are learning to prepare another life in other countries. a New technology and foreign language are immensely popular with them.[/FONT]

I walk by the DPRK embassy almost every day, which is nothing more than an apartment block which houses only a privileged few. They are all extremely short and rarely leave their compound.

amerikkka has the biggest gap between the rich and the poor in the world and it wasn't a communist country last time i checked.
