U.S. Seeks Opening on North Korea - WSJ.com <--NEWS LINK
The U.S envoy to Northkorea, Stephen Bosworth will visit China to negotiate a possible resumption of multilateral discussion with the North following meething with Southkorean officials yesterday. Now, The U.S changed it's attitude to Northkorea,they will emphasize that the six party talks should not be just talks for talking with Northkorea and say, they can resume negotiations with Northkorea, if they show thier true mind with taking specific actions about denuke. I think, The U.S has identified that they can't draw any changes out Northkorea by just talks. Northkorea has pretended to try an appeasement policy when they got in some diplomatic problems and they easily have changed their attitude and ingnored the contracts with other countries with doing provocations. (it's something like a threat diplomacy haha)
i hope, there will be the outcome of negotiation with Northkorea and no more their provocations to keep the korea peninsula peaceful.
