You are talking about the Lomonosov Ridge? Where? I don't see a discussion.
Canada or Russia what? Play hockey? They both explore the ridge? What?

North Pole is international. The ridge itself is an underwater mountain range not part of either continental shelf.

Dr. Ruth Jackson (sweatheart of a lady) of CGS (Canadian Geological Survey) is supposed to file her survey of the ridge this June with the IGC (International Geological Congress) which will be the final word if my memory is working right.
