Suicide bomber penetrates Iraqi Palriament:

...Iraqi officials said the bomber struck the cafeteria while several lawmakers were eating lunch. State television said at least 30 people were wounded.
Parliament was in session today, and many representatives were eating lunch when the device exploded.
Mohammed Awad, a member of the Sunni National Dialogue Front, was one of the MPs killed, Saleh al-Mutlaq, the leader of his party, said.

The second MP killed was Taha al-Liheibi, of the Sunni Accordance Front that holds 44 seats in parliament, according to Mohammed Abu Bakr, who runs the legislature's media department.
He said that a security scanner that checks pedestrians at the entrance to the Green Zone near the parliament building was not working on Thursday. People were searched only by hand and had to pass through metal detectors, he said....

Try to imagine the Green Zone in Baghdad, Iraq...

...The Green Zone is protected by U.S. forces and private contractors. The area is surrounded by high concrete blast walls and all entry points are staffed by security guards. The zone frequently comes under attack from rocket and mortar fire.

``I strongly condemn this action,'' President George W. Bush told reporters at the White House. The extremists attacked ``a symbol of democracy'' in Iraq

I imagine a concrete wall which is constantly being attacked with mortars and rockets.

The reporters in the Green Zone won't have to go far to report on this...
