The problem is the United states, Israel and china, greath nation who always supported human rights, doesnt recognize the international criminal court of the la hague, Also, united states didnt want saddam to be tried in International court, Why? Because we will never know how deep the americans were involved in saddam attrocities, especially during the US-UK sanctions that last 13 years, and killed millions of peoples.
