I think Hawaii, Chechnya, West Papua, Ogoni, and Somaliland should become independent. The others it varies because situations have occured.

You forgot the Uighurs of Sinkiang, their so-called
autonomous province of China, bordering Tibet,
and bordering the new nations of Kazakstan,
Turkmenistan.
