I don't think that I would want to look at those pictures, but with the media ban that Bush has enacted, the horror and truth need to be printed somewhere...how unfortunate that the government found a way to intervene

I'd like to see a web site that only shows the war dead with no porno content and then see what the authorities do about that.'
And by war dead I would include all the executed hostages by the terrorists and every death of children, women, teachers, doctors by the terrorists along with what Amerika inflicted.
Some on this site just want to see only one side.

agree. Fair is fair. Dead is dead.....and why not have the US population SEE what their warmongering has done. Let the world see it too . Internet has its merits and a better communication media than any talking head on CNN or the like. The executions resulted from the US invasion in the first place.....when stability was lost and "terrorists" moved into the chaos that war creates. Those that take vicarious "pleasure" in seeing dead bodies and interpret that as empowering them via the kills....... will remain just as sick as they are without any photos. Roman Gladiators. warriors got too big for their britches too.......and got to the point where rules did not matter. Arrogance, and power does that to people. as they morph into something primevil again.
Had there been NO US (DAMNEDand Insane) Invasion.....none of this horror would be happening........and the SH issue was being contained. He could have been dealt with (IF HE was the issue) in much smarter ways. But when one aggressive nation is robbing another one of its resources, its culture (by destruction) and the lives of innocents....... all forms of terror /horror take place. Suspect "we" ain't seen anything ......compared to what REALLY takes place.

Pictures of dead and wounded GIs are likely to have the greatest negative effect on the public perception of the war, Jim. That's what changed a lot of minds about Vietnam, too. That's why Bush doesn't even want people to see the flag-draped coffins.
Be careful what you wish for.
I'd like to see full press coverage of every war, or at least as full as it was in Vietnam.
