Hurricane Katrina marks phase 2 in the US government attempt to overthrow it's own people. The mayor of New Orleans has declared martial law. This means every person in New Orleans has lost all of their constitutional rights. The Associated Press reported that refugees from the Superdome are being "FORCED' bused to the Astrodome. Now the government is conditioning the people to accept the word 'martial law.'
Phase 1 was the World Trade Center disaster in 2001. Phase 1 was to slowly condition the people that terrorism is going to be a way of life. There is also overwhelming evidence that the US government was heavily involved or complicit concerning 9/11.
Phase 3 may be a virus outbreak or a nuclear attack and martial law will be used again. People will be quarantined and detained since they have no rights.
Slow conditioning is the key to the takeover of America and when the people wake up it may be too late.
