Through 8 years of sanctions and weekly missile attacks, he killed over one million Iraqis. Clinton brought Iraq to its knees, attempting to set it up for the kill - or so he thought. But the internecine fighting among the imperial war criminals is always worth noting. It unmasks their deceit as they fight for the spoils taken from their collective victims.
