seems that "they" aren't finding many to be lambs for the slaughter in the US now.......so they are looking for sacrificial lambs elsewhere. Wonder how many are buying into this and signing up. (the poor , impoverished and desperate??--- hmm.. maybe even some "terrorist" wannabes. )
