No many details yet, but it sounds like a combined US/Canadian investigation has led to the discovery of a tunnel under our common border, between Sumas and Lynden (two small semi-rural towns east of Vancouver in BC and Washington, respectively.) It has been described by authorities as "large and extremely sophisticated", but that is about all for now.

No word or speculation on who built it, when, for what purpose, or for use in which direction (if not both).

Ah, yes, trading in humans. Ya gotta like the way that smuggling illegal aliens became a way to enslave people, but nobody official likes to talk about it.
