No? Several of our banks were up to their asses in Enron. Our energy industries all have ties to American interests. BC took a beating because of what Enron did in California.
This basically makes all that and more likely to happen again. It will hurt us. It always does.

Yup. NAFTA was a bad idea from the start. We really need to get out of it. More importantly, we need to start protecting ourselves as much as possible from the crash the US is setting itself up for.
They are getting rid of regulations that were put in place to keep 1929 from happening all over over again.
