CONFLICT OF INTEREST.

This is a subject that continually pops up.
A poster will throw a link to prove it.

See? Conflict of Interest. End of Story, they say.

But is that the end of the story? Is that all the thought there is on the matter ??


There's more to this, and I seriously wonder if anyone on this board has actually examined this scare crow.

It's the nightmare before christmas, it's halloween every day out there.

Now class, CONFLICT OF INTEREST.

This comes up all the time on this board.
Someone shows a link, a google here and a google there,
and bang ! Paydirt. Conflict of Interest.

See? They say, pointing. See? End of Story on that guy.
No more to it.

Is it not an irony that those who know the issue best are those who can gain from being involved in it?

And is it not an irony that those who have no possible conflict of interest are usually the least knowledgeable about the issue?

You see this at the local government level all the time.

Local government would cease to exist if we used this board's morality about conflict of interest.
