Thanks for posting these articles Paranoid. I read all four, and especially the last one really impressed me. I had heard reports of what veterans who return to the US end up like; I heard somewhere 1 out of 4 homeless people in the US (or even more, don't know it exactly) are veterans. It reminded me of something else actually. There is an organisation (NGO) here called War Child (I don't know whether that organisation is also known in Canada), and it focusses on children who have experienced a war situation. There slogan is "You can take a child out of a war, but how do you take a war out of a child?" Maybe it would be best for the White House to think about this slogan - and replace the word "child" with "soldier".
