These incidents sound familiar. I wonder if they are related to these other car bomb attacks, which didn't make our news as prominently for obvious reasons:
Iran Blames Israel For Nuclear Scientist Death
January 11, 2012
Iran has blamed Israel for the murder of a nuclear scientist who was killed by a bomb that had been attached to his car. Mostafa Ahmadi Roshan, 32, died after two unidentified men on a motorbike fastened a magnetic bomb to his vehicle outside a university in east Tehran. Two others in the car were wounded and taken to hospital. One of them, Mr Roshan's driver, died later of his injuries. The dead scientist worked at Iran's uranium enrichment facility in Natanz, and officials were quick to put the blame on Israel. "The responsibility of this explosion falls on the Zionist regime," said provincial governor Safar Bratloo. "The method of this terrorist action is similar to previous actions that targeted Iran's nuclear scientists."...

For the record, I am against car bombs that target civilians. Regardless of who does the killing and who is the victim. Many people who will condemn this incident, never condemned the other incidents. But I condemn both. For the record, both President Obama and Sec.State Clinton both condemned the car bomb attacks against Iranian scientists.
No Israeli leader condemned the attacks against Iranian civilians. Some apparently smiled and cracked jokes:

Resisting the Pull of Anti-Iran Terror

Israeli agents reportedly have collaborated with an Iranian terror group to murder Iran’s civilian nuclear scientists in an escalation of violence that further draws the United States toward the precipice of another Mideast conflict, as ex-CIA analyst Paul R. Pillar writes.
Although the assassinations of Iranian scientists have until now been followed by no indication of responsibility other than smug comments of satisfaction from officials of the most likely foreign state perpetrator, now NBC offers something more specific.
According to a report by Richard Engel and Robert Windrem, the assassinations have been the joint work of Israel and the Iranian cult-cum-terrorist group Mujahedin-e Khalq. According to the report, the partnership has involved Israel providing financing, training and arms to the MEK to accomplish the hits, as well as to commit other acts of violent sabotage inside Iran.

BTW, no evidence exists that I know that these incidents are related. I'm just speculating
