On the drive home last night I listened to an interesting radio interview with this man. If his predictions come true we are in for a very wild ride in the next 100 years. According to Kurzweil artificial intelligence will be so pervasive on the planet we will not be able to tell the robots from the machines. Immortality, erradication of disease, cars that drive themselves, money becoming deflated...all will be common by 2099. The biggest threat on the planet...the computer virus, since we will all be semi-computers. So don't forget to make a backup copy of yourself regularly.
