Am wondering to hear perhaps from people who weren't born Canadian but became Canadian later.
What I want to ask is whether the trend of companies in Canada is to grant working visa for non-Canadians they want to employ or the companies expect the non-Canadian potential employees to get Canadian PR first? I heard the tendency in OZ is the latter rather.
