When Facebook started selling limited edition smilies and assorted gifs for $1 I knew the end of civilization was on the horizon. P.T. Barnum would roll over in his grave (I assume he's dead) if he heard of this gimmick. In some ways it's good, it means anyone can't start a business doing anything. If enough people show up there will be a market. If you drew a million people to a Cow Pattie convention there will be some leaving with shopping bags full of products.

this is how well capitalism has infested the foolish minds of today. They've been conditioned to feel that buying is good, no matter what the product is. So they go out and mindlessly buy stupid things, and when it gets as easy as pressing a button, those little rats press, press, press away.
