A 57-year-old Tennessee man was charged with sexual battery
for allegedly spanking female teenage employees for mistakes
on the job at his fast-food business.
Paul Eugene Levengood was charged with two counts of sexual
battery -- a felony in Tennessee. Red Bank Detective Jay
Lamance told WDEF-TV in Chattanooga: "Their employer would
spank them when they did something wrong, very minor things
wrong. Messing up an order ... things like that."
One of the women claimed she was turned over her boss's knee
and hit 20 times on the rear for forgetting to put a banana
in a smoothie.
One of the employees allegedly signed a paper stating: "I
give Gene permission to bust my behind any way he sees fit."
