You are refering to Star Wars Galaxies I take it? I haven't tried that one... my mmorpg experience has been limited to FFXI, WOW, Guild Wars & City of Villains.

I've always wanted to buy that game, I heard it's very realistic...and addicting, which is why I stay away from it.
My friend has it and I usually play it with him but I wouldn't want to buy it myself when i have one that is just several blocks away.
It is like crack, been playing for two years, and I just can't stop. If I didnt have a job where they could jail me for not showing up, I'd be living under an bridge, homeless...but I'd have high speed internet. You should try it out, they really screwed up the original game but they are slowly coming back to what it used to be. Timelinewise, the game is set right after the destruction of the first Deathstar. The Starter Kit for the game is $19.99 right now, I think there may also still be a free trial out there on SOE's website.
