Alright i was able to get the U.N Flag on my Avatar thanks to Andem. And when I posted here for request I would also like to thank Jon for his help.
The problem is solved and I feel better already because even though I think Chavez is a great leader, the U.N flag and the stuff that has to do with the U.N is what I want shown.
