but basically, they are in the middle of calling an EGM to remove the chairman and most of the board, as a result of management failure, relegation and incompatancy........well, over the last few months we've recived a fair few posts in support of the said chairman, the administrator of the board tracked the IP address down and it turns out that the chairman has hired a PR firm to "boost" his image, by sending these messages, just thought it might make you chuckle, but it's not a way to win friends (or corporate EGM's) and influence people.
