Anyone else doing the August 60k walk? I have to get off my fat ass and train. Only 3.5 months to go. I'm running out of procrastination time.

(actually in all seriousness, it is time that the government banned the use of hormone stimulated growth in animals especially cows and chickens. The hormones are being seriously linked to the rise in breast cancer)
