The bait cars are one of the better ideas.

A few weeks ago I watched a whole string of videos from bait cars. All were surprised whe the police arrived. Doh...

It is a good idea to have them. They are needed, especially at skytrain and mall parking lots. That site sure shows some good clips.

Does anywhere else in country have them yet?
