[Thou art] sick in the world's regard, wretched and low, a poor unminded outlaw sneaking home.

Taken from: Henry IV, part I

Here are some made-up insults that I reckon that sound as though they would have been uttered in Elizabethan England to someone who has just thrown the contents of their toilet bucket out of their upstairs window, you just happened to be passing and it landed on your head:

"Thou tottering open-arsed lewdster!"

"Thou yeasty elf-skinned pigeon-egg!"

"Thou mangled full-gorged *****-master!"

"Thou cockered long-tongued callet!"

"Thou venomed fen-sucked hugger-mugger!"

"Thou dankish milk-livered pumpion!"

"Thou adulterate fly-bitten horn-beast!"

"Thou gorbellied tallow-faced withered-hag!"

"Thou impertinent dismal-dreaming scut!"

"Thou puny crook-pated miscreant!"

"Thou soulless white-livered vile worm!"

That is similar to a desktop program that was around about 10 years ago. You could work out insults in both Shakespearian English and phrases that were supposed to simulate Arabic, such as "Toe-sucking son of a sand flea," or "May your camel defecate on your Persian rug."
