To sterilize the piece of confection (lolly) you dropped on the floor by blowing on it, assuming this will somehow 'remove' all the germs.

"The how manyeth"

---> Question word for asking for the ordinal position of something.

Example: "The how manyeth time did you win this race?"
"It's the 3rd time that I won it."

---> Opposite of "homesick": 'To long for being away while you're at home'.

Btw: This word is not uncommon in German as there is "Fernweh" (awaysick) as the opposite of "Heimweh" (homesick).
