As ever, since Halloween falls on a Sunday, there is sporadic discussion about when "to hold" halloween; that is, the trick or treating part.

I don't seem to be too popular among some parties when I point out that the main reason given for not having halloween on a Sunday is the religious aspect; I point out that, by the same token, Christmas should ALWAYS be on a Sunday, then....
