“It’s desperate times in Vancouver and it’s hard to see any silver lining right now when we don’t seem to have hit rock bottom with the number of people dying on any given day from an overdose,” Mayor Gregor Robertson

Personal responsibility.. if you're stupid enough to take drugs.. do it at your own risk..

You can't fix the Terminally Stupid, but you can lace their drugs with shyte that'll kill'em.

I have never in my life taken illegal drugs.. my only 3 vices are pu ssy, beer and the odd lotto ticket..

How is enabling allowing someone to take responsibility?

Sometimes I wonder if the powers that be are using fentanyl as a means to clear out the junkies.

1000 dead in 2016 and even more left comatose and disfunctional from being "saved" by naloxone.

1141 total since January 2016.

No there aren't-those Windmill or Chinese Palms (external - login to view) are quite cold hardy as long as snow doesn't fall/stay on the crown of the tree.
