German court rules teen can have sex with uncle

A German court has shockingly given a wink, wink, nudge, nudge to a teen girl to carry on having sex with her uncle.
The 15-year-old girl from Brandenburg, has been engaging in sex with her 47-year-old uncle since she was 14.
The star-crossed couple even ran away together before being discovered in France. Now, the court has ruled the “prohibition of love” is detrimental to the girl’s well-being.
The girl -- known only as Josephine -- is highly intelligent and committed to the relationship. Her uncle -- who has three teens of his own -- is married to her father’s sister.
“Josi wants to be with her uncle,” her father told Bild last April. “He (the uncle) said he takes the moral responsibility for everything. He did not apologize.”
As her parents became increasingly concerned about the taboo romance, the girl rebelled. Psychiatric help didn’t change her mind.
“She is a girl who matured early and quickly reflected a lot of what she wanted,” Bild quoted the trial judge as saying. “The relationship may be undesirable and socially ostracised, it is not forbidden.”
The judge added that he wanted to “get the relationship out of secrecy.”
Josephine has professed her love for her uncle by marriage.
The judge would not condone the relationship either.
“The court does not offer any opinion on the non-judicial question of whether a 47-year-old married man should return the love of a 14-year-old fired by adolescent affection and enthusiasm,” the judges wrote, The Daily Telegraph reported.
In Germany, 14 is the age of consent.
