That's an awful lot of semen

On average, men ejaculate about 5 ml of semen in one ej aculation - or, in Queen's English, about one teaspoon.

This man has produced 800 babies so, I'm assuming, that's 800 ej aculationss of semen (take a few when taking twins and triplets etc into account) or 800 teaspoons of semen.

800 teaspoons is just over eight pints - or one gallon.

So a gallon of this man's semen is what it took to produce 800 children.

Now you owe me an answer, Why would you even do the math on that? One sample should be able to do a lot of eggs if you use the right tools.

A healthy male usually produces about 5 ml of semen in each ej aculation - or 1 teaspoon.

In each ml, there are normally 100 million sperm. So, with each ej aculation, a man is, in theory, able to produce 500 million offspring.
