I always laugh when I see that first guy jump off the Eiffel tower.

It says our French buddy chickened-out on his first ascent and went back down...his manager then 'convinced' (goaded, shamed, bribed, whatever) him to go for it and the rest is history.

There were lots more. The Bhopal chemical gas leak in India killed several thousand, The
Halifax explosion killed a couple thousand. There have been many more... not all caught on
film but just as real.
