He has years of foreknowledge right down to the season of the year but couldn't use that as an advantage?
A second wave has already been happening in Europe. My g/f in Germany told me that several weeks ago. She's a medical specialist and has first hand knowledge. So that's old news, to me anyway. She also told me that Asymptomatic individuals may not show any symptoms but they still have damage to their lungs, heart, etc. So it's best to test everyone whether they show symptoms or not to really know how many are really infected.

The White House has thrown its own wrenches into the process while proving unable to help Democrats and Republicans resolve their differences.
So here we are, watching this disaster unfold at a time when the economy and society need adult hands on the steering wheel.

Not good. According to the news they both got it while on vacation but not clear on whether they were vacationing together or even if they vacationed in Canada.

Less than 1/3 of Canadians are willing to get on airplane to travel within Canada until a vaccine is developed.
Same poll says 17% of Canadians would fly to America today.
Air travel is pretty much dead in the water.
On the other hand Vancouver Island is having a massive tourist season - as locals flock to the smaller islands to take advantage of the lack of the usual out of province travelers.
RV sales on the Island are through the roof.

Hajdu's repeated flights home during pandemic cost $73Gs
It cost taxpayers just over $73,000 for Health Minister Patty Hajdu to travel from Ottawa to Thunder Bay, even as she advised against non-essential travel during the pandemic lockdown.
“Transport Canada’s estimate of the total cost for the flights on which Minister Hajdu was on is $73,220,” spokesperson Simon Rivet said, according to Blacklock’s Reporter.
The minister was the only person on board a seven-seater Cessna Citation C550 at a cost $1,400 per hour when she travelled four times over six weekends, including travel ban periods like Easter Weekend and the Victoria Day long weekend.
At the time, her office said she had pressing constituency business in Thunder Bay though all public gatherings were banned.
She even posted a July 23 photo of herself at a home computer writing: “I’m keeping up with my French lessons several times per week.”
As recently as Friday, Hajdu advised weighing travelling against the risk of COVID-19 transmission.
“We have the ability to choose our destiny here in Canada,” she said.
“It is in all of our hands. So, ask yourself before you go out this weekend, is what I’m about to do worth the risk?”
Hajdu has not spoken publicly about repeatedly flying home while advising others not to travel.
