Most is busted up wood from the 2 tsunamis. They pay cash for plastic in China. Those people making money from tsunami debris will leave the wood and only pick up the plastic and metals for cash.

Could be? It could be garbage tossed from 747s flying over too.

It could also be from a container of our recyclables tossed off a ship in a storm..
