We had some chunky salsa el paso brand and some cheddar left over from nachos.....

I drained the salsa and threw out the water....

poured that over the ommelltte with grated cheddar....folded and finished the omlette....wow instant fun for breaky....

Pecan Pie? Can I piggyback on that invite?
The more the merrier. It is a seven pound baron of beef roast that we two will barely dent.

Well, if I had my druthers, I might go for a nice Cabernet Souvignon, or a Merlot........But no more than a gallon or two.......Kidding. Maybe a good Sauterne with desert and a decent brandy for afters....God, then I'll be ready to be poured somewhere...

It's going to take a couple of gallons if we're going to explain why we're hauling a passed out Zan through Vancouver airport on the back of a pig.

*Wipes drool from chin* Umm, How long does it take to drive from Ontario to BC? We might make it for leftovers.......
At this time, it might be neccesary for you to take one of those really fast airplanes that arrive shortly before they take off....in order to get here in time for dinner...

Gee, since you guys didn't show up, Jan and I have twice had to share beef dip sandwiches made with homemade French bread mini-loaves. Because there was so much beef left, I really had to load a lot of meat into the sandwiches. In a way you are all responsible for the two inches I've added to my waistline. Meanwhile, that leftover pecan pie is calling...

We we're all set and then Zan had to go make a fuss with the security people.
Once we finally got the air marshal's gun from her and Brat talked our way out of the "six bottles of wine incident" we we're refused bording. Do you know what it's like to be refused bording on your friends private plane? Let me tell you, it's embarrasing! Then I couldn't find my pants and that made Zan cry.
Then Brat cried and so I had to start drinking all over again. Then I cried.

We had to steal a cab just to get out of there.

So how's next Sunday lookin?

This seems apropos from what I've seen and heard.

60 grams of fat for breakfast!

ST. LOUIS, Missouri (AP) -- The people who brought you the Monster Thickburger and the 1,100-calorie salad are at it again -- this time for breakfast.

Hardee's on Monday rolled out its new Country Breakfast Burrito -- two egg omelets filled with bacon, sausage, diced ham, cheddar cheese, hash browns and sausage gravy, all wrapped inside a flour tortilla. The burrito contains 920 calories and 60 grams of fat.
Brad Haley, marketing chief for the St. Louis-based fast-food chain, said the burrito offers the sort of big breakfast item normally found in sit-down restaurants with an added advantage.
"It makes this big country breakfast portable," he said.
In 2003 the chain introduced a line of big sandwiches, including the Monster Thickburger. The 1,420-calorie sandwich is made up of two 1/3-pound slabs of beef, four strips of bacon, three slices of cheese and mayonnaise on a buttered bun.

Even Hardees' chicken salad -- topped with onion rings and crispy chicken -- has 1,100 calories and 83 grams of fat.
The chain does offer some low-calorie options, including roast beef and chicken sandwiches.
The Center for Science in the Public Interest, a Washington-based advocate for nutrition and health, has called the Hardee's line of Thickburgers "food porn."
The group's senior nutritionist, Jayne Hurley, said Monday that the burrito was "another lousy invention by a fast-food company."
The "country breakfast bomb," as she called it, represents half a day's calories and a full day's worth of saturated fat and salt, to say nothing of cholesterol.
"That's all before 10 o'clock in the morning," she said.
Haley makes no apologies.

"We don't try to hide what these are," he said. "When consumers go to other fast-food places they feel like they've got to buy two of their breakfast sandwiches or burritos to fill up. This is really designed to fill you up."

The government's Center for Nutritional Policy and Promotion recommends a daily caloric intake ranging from 1,600 calories for sedentary women and older adults to 2,800 calories for teenage boys and active adults. Hardee's sees its core customers as young men ages 18 to 34, Haley said, though it expects a wider range for breakfast items.

The Country Breakfast Burrito is generally available for $2.69 by itself or $4.09 for a combo that includes hash rounds and coffee.

Pheff! That explains alot.
Now I understand why my head hurts and why there's a cab hidden in my garage, but I still don't understand how I woke up wearing your pants.
I should go and check on the cab. I may have left Zan in the back seat.

I kind of knew it would be Zan's fault....comes from living in Edmonton...

I don't understand how one could lose their pants at an airport......Losing your shirt is almost guaranteed considering the prices they get for almost anything you might buy there......Drinks especially......
And there's another thing....You guys drank all the wine...
Did Piggy at least make it home sober?

Could we make it the week after next.......I just have to rest my stomach on this pillow....

I make something called a 'Nelly". It's basicly a potaoe omlete. There's a silly play on words leading to the name of this omlete. First one to figure it out will come in first!
