That would be because the webmaster didn't renew the domain, took it offline or changed the url. It would have nothing to do with an ISP.

I just checked his website (which is still operating and not delisted by the ISP conspiracy btw). It's quite evident that he's a complete wackjob.
then let him be seen as a wackjob....by banning him raises a red flag to me....

ya cant get his books in chapters anymore, warman has done his damnedest to have him banned....where are his books available in Canada?
