I won't go right out and buy the stuff tomorrow but if the guy truly has something, it should come out eventually. We'll see.

Re: bet ya never saw this in ya "mainstream" media

Dr. Sam Chachoua article.

Why present this to the layman public? There are meetings where his results can be presented and tested and reviewed by his peers. This is the normal route for scientific epochal discoveries. Scientific research is exacting. Other scientists must be able to reproduce the results claimed, or the psuedo-science is repudiated as it should be.

Presenting anecdotal evidence smacks of the religious healing presented on TV.

A few years ago a couple of scientists pissed in a glass, and put two platinium electrodes in and presented to the public that they had found a new pollution free source of electricity. The energy out was more than put in. When put to close scrutiny by the scientific community, they were disgraced and disappeared into oblivion.

The whole health food industry is based on anecdotal evidence. Desperate people will attempt anything in some cases. There is a sucker born every minute. The psuedo-science advocates thrive financially on this fact.

There are even people who believe in God.

In-fucking-credible.

Reading that and watching the NBC news report I am absolutely floored. If this is the real deal give the man a nobel prize; not even that would be enough. What he endured? Excuse my lack of eloquence but there are not words enough to describe this situation.

I need to admit I'm a tad of a skeptic. A quick search on both CNN and BBC revealed nothing of this trial or the doctor. How credible is your source?

RE: bet ya never saw this

it's interesting to hear what cures some people and what doesn't.

You hear all the time about people in remission with their cancer and they've all taken a different type of treatment.

RE: bet ya never saw this in ya "mainstream" media

Allright kids...
I was so blown away by this that I phoned the magazine who orginally published this article.
Turns out they are an alternative magazine who believes all mainstream medicine and pharmaceutical companies alike are engaged in a huge conspiracy against the general public.

They claimed there are tons of cancer cures out there, we just don't know about them because medicine has a monopoly on media etc etc etc (I'm sure you get the gist).

They also went so far as to compare hospitals to whore houses... I believe the line went something like: "If the beds aren't full you won't make a profit".

I just paid $21.50 USD to order a copy of the 5 year old magazine for myself because if there is even a grain of truth to this "Dr. Sam" story it needs to be uncovered.

But I don't know, NBC news who apparently aired that story has nothing on their website about the doctor, the treatment or the trial, nor does BBC, CNN, CBC or the LA Times who according to Dr. Sam Chachoua's own website published 139 articles about the trial in its duration. Is Cedars Sinai really so powerful that they can control worldwide media? I find it hard to believe.

In fact a search of "Sam Chachoua" on google reveals nothing but a stream of questionable sources such as ratbags.com. The first article that comes up is from quackwatch.org; which describes in some length why Chachoua's claims are biologically impossible and how the pictures must be false.

Searching MEDLINE, AIDSLINE, and CANCERLIT databases all yield zero publications for Chachoua, S.

I desperately want to believe this, as I'm sure all of you and every patient who suffers from any uncurable disease would. But logic must prevail. I encourage all of you to do your own research and post it here.

Google's unofficial slogan is "Don't be Evil." It seems that such a slogan should be applied to oneself above all. Evil aside, Google has put itself in a position of, what can only be construed as, being a censor of information; for example, its decision to violate the openness of the internet by censoring Uruknet from its news service, collaboration with Chinese regime [3], and removing certain sites from google ads, such as controversial Ziopedia.

http://theunitedstatesofmonsters.blogspot.com/2007/02/uruknet-passes-google-news-in.html
Uruknet (http://www.uruknet.info), the most trusted information Iraq information site on the internet and on the earth is under attack by “Dark Forces”. The site, compared in calibre to Iraq-war.ru (http://www.iraq.war.mirror-world.ru) what comes to the US-Israeli-UK (and their lackeys) war against Islamic world and WhatReallyHappened what comes to the United States (http://www.whatreallyhappened.com), has received a hideous “reply” to their complaint about being dropped out of Google “Iraq News” search (cf. http://uruknet.info/?p=m29907&hd=&size=1&l=e]).

Google bombs are one thing, delisting web sites for their political content is quite another. For instance, take Google delisting the Italian web site Uruknet as a news source, thus removing it from the Google News page. According to Alexa, the web-ranking organization, Uruknet is highly rated as an Iraqi news source. “URUKNET is and has been the most consistent, credible, and powerful web-based source of News and Information on Iraq during the last 4 years. They have incomparable lines of communication direct from inside Iraq that fly in the face of the lies of the Global Corporate Empire. When the imperialists cannot buy off or intimidate websites like URUKNET, they can always depend on their billion dollar corporations like Google to get the job done,” explains Les Blough of AxisofLogic.

On January 12, 2007 Google has stopped indexing Uruknet.info as a news source

GOOGLE TRIES TO CENSOR ALEX JONES' "TERROR STORM"....

http://www.prisonplanet.com/articles/march2006/230306googlecensoring.htm
Google is again embroiled in a censorship scandal after being caught blocking information about Charlie Sheen's 9/11 comments, despite the fact that every other major search engine had indexed the pages.

Hoffman's videos passed Google's review process and were approved for broadcast by Google last January. The finding of a "violation" almost a month later, can only be due to behind-the-scenes pressure that was exerted on Google.

ALSO.....
Google today announced a new "feature" of its Google Desktop software that greatly increases the risk to consumer privacy. If a consumer chooses to use it, the new "Search Across Computers" feature will store copies of the user's Word documents, PDFs, spreadsheets and other text-based documents on Google's own servers, to enable searching from any one of the user's computers. EFF urges consumers not to use this feature, because it will make their personal data more vulnerable to subpoenas from the government and possibly private litigants, while providing a convenient one-stop-shop for hackers who've obtained a user's Google password.

Everybody knows or should, that Google tool bar and Google desktop are spyware.
Why would you need it anyways. Firefox and IE 7 have search bars built in. The toolbar and desktop are just memory suckers.
P.S. I got about 10Xs the hit with google then dogpile. I think it is a dogpile.:)

whatever! The fact remains that Dr Sam Chachoua did develope vaccines for various cancers and aids, only to have them taken from him and us, by those in control.
