PC DDR Ram

I've been looking for a deal on a stick or either 512 or 1gig DDR ram for my computer. I don't want to pay a lot for it, and i'm wondering if anyone knows of a good place to go and buy it, or if someone here on the forum may have a stick just lying around, perhaps i could have it...or buy it off you.
Within ontario, i'd be willing to mail money to you. If someone just has either sticks lying around that u know you won't use, i'm asking if i could have it .
