Bell Canada Netmask Info

Has anyone else found that Bell Canada's IP allocation data ARIN is way out of order? I've tried to report spammers on Bell IP's but the abuse email listed in the whois is a dead.

Anyone have 1800's for major ISP's to get them to kill an spoofing/spamming customer?

Well, I just sent an email, my guess is they won't fix it. but at least they shut down a phisher, one victory againt the jerks.
