The only down side to sending him to jail is that it is going to cost tax payers to keep him in prison. I would rather see them give him an amazingly huge fine based on the amount of e-mails he sent, then garnish his wages for the rest of his life, maybe just a little jail time to scare him. His sister got a $7500 fine... Maybe a Dollar a Spam

They could print out every spam message he sent and make him eat them. Print it on photo paper too, the bastard.
