This is great- you can call other SkyPe users all over the World for free- you just need some headphones on your PC and then you are ready to go. We have started using it at work to call our franchisees and it certainly helps reduce the phone bills!!

Sure one need a microphon, though it is possible just to listen and type answers in a Skype's Chat. The best choise is to get a headphone with the microphone.

Haha I like how it says works with most computers, but it seems like a pretty interesting program. I might download it, but i'm just not sure yet.

I think that EmmaDibbs intended to say that you need a headset (a pair of headphones with an attached microphone). That would likely be the easiest avenue to take, in relation to the most appropriate hardware for the Skype™¹ service.

I used Skype to call home when I was living in Switzerland last year. Skype to skype is free and skype to phone is incredibly cheap! Not as good sound quality as using a phone but apart from that, its brilliant!
