And, if you've never read George Orwell's 1984 - it's a reference to the 'Big Brother' society that Orwell quasi-predicted for the future where the government knows and controls all.

The more I think about the inclusion of this name into that presentation, the more eerie it is...

That stupid little clip has really percolated with me and had some impact. I can't stop thinking about the Google Grid. It sounds so ominous....
