It's been two and a half weeks and the modem kit has still not arrived. I spoke to them a couple days ago and it has not even been sent yet when they promised 5 day delivery time!
If its not here by Monday (today) or tommorow like they promised, I'm saying to hell with them.
If they cant deliver me the service and the equipment required, I'm not going to be a customer.
Although they seem like nice people, I will have to give them a rating of 2/10 right now until I recieve better service.
