You, the public, asked for it. We were able to build it. http://www.canadianisp.com is now available to find an Internet Service Provider anywhere in Canada.

In 4 very long days, we have built a website that allows Internet Service Providers to register themselves and allows Canadians to search for an Internet Service Provider by province, city, service type (DSL, dial-up, wireless, cable, etc), maximum price you are willing to pay, residential or business.

ISPs are registering quickly so if your city is not covered it will be within a few days. There will be forums set up over the weekend to allow Canadians to talk about Internet related issues. Over the next week Canadians will also be able to rate their Internet Service Providers.

Internet Service Providers will have (over the next week) the ability to log in (password protected) to the website to update their services as they change or roll out new cities etc.

Anyway, that is enough promotion. I know many people here asked for this type of a website, so please drop us an email if you have any questions or improvements you can suggest.

Well it is pretty useful already, we are getting on average 1 ISP registering an hour, so it's growing very quickly.
