Can I visit my husband In Canada even though we haven''t sent the application form off to the case processing centre? I am applying for permanent residency to Canada from outside of Canada, with my spouse sponsoring me? I am a New Zealand citizen, he is a Canadian citizen.

Kiwis can visit Canada without a visa.

You may be waiting a long time if you apply for permanent residency.
