Well.... if one is only able to scratch the surface, and does not have the where with all to dig deeper, I can see how a detailed explanation would be nesassary.
Hmmm ... silly me. I thought that was a judgement call.

No, it doesn't. That does get a bit frustrating. But once in the door, after having gotten a hint from the name on the mailbox, how is one justified in reacting upon finding crosses hanging over the doors?

Better over the door than burning in the front yard.

Online, it's sometimes tough to decide whether you just walked into the Church, or door-to-door religion just came a-callin'. My motto? Share a few passages then say Bye....

Actually, the comment is highlighted, before the reference. This post is not about church, or, religion, but, about the power of the Word of God, which, has changed many lives.

To be born again, and have His Spirit dwelling within, gives life meaning. I long for the time, that, I will spend eternity with Him and my Christian brethren.

Only, Jesus can fill the void in our lives, and, He longs to.

THE WORD WAS GOD.[/b]..and The Word became flesh and dwelt among us." John 1

.

The "Word" in this verse does not refer to the Scriptures, but to Christ-who is the Logos/Word of God..

I accept Christ as my lessons in life. It is the divisiveness of Church (man) which I reject. Seems rather unChristian to recrucify my Christ with labels of demomination.

"And if any man hear my Words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.

He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my Words, hath one that judgeth him, the Word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say and what I should speak.

And I know that His commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak." John 12:47-50.

In Ezekiel 36:26,27, the Lord says, that, He will give us a new heart, a new spirit, and His Spirit. Jesus said, we must be born again. He, also, said, that, many who call themselves Christians, would be lost, because they, only, have any outward form of religion and do not know Him. Mt 7:21-23.

If anyone, who reads this, wants to know Jesus, admit that you have sinned and take Him as your Redeemer. Surrender your life to Him, and take Him as your Lord.
