Also, how is the US going to clean the sewage out of its side of the Great Lakes if it takes all the water out? At least on the Canadian side we're leaving the water in so that it could flush it down the Saint Laurence Seaway. Oh I bet Montreal isn't going to like that.

Oh, i forgot to mention, besides the underwater nuclear weapons facility, they intend to build a nuclear-powered waterpump. They can dump it in the Arizona desert. Give it a few days and that desert sand will absorb that water like a sponge and then sprout to life.

I think that the guy who drains the Great Lakes will have a hard time finding a place to put the water and besides he'd need a fairly hefty pump to keep it drained.
