Canadian Arab Federation losing Gov't Grant?

"

The CAF's .....home page urges people to join protests against the "massacre on Gaza" ........and gives prominent play to the winners of an essay contest on "the ethnic cleansing of Palestine". The website was developed with a grant of $60,000 from the federal Dep't of Heritage.
The CAF is a prominent sponsor of anti-Israel demonstrations........one video shows a woman....... declaring "Jewish child, you're going to ****ing die. Hamas is coming for you."

These idiots also run classes for new Muslum immigrants that spend most of their time explaining how racist Canada is........while they collect $447,000 from the feds, $25,000 from Toronto, and $75,000 from Ontario and an undisclosed sum from Quebec........to make up their yearly budget of about $ 1 million.

Well, they blew it. Their leader called Jason Kenney a "professional *****" for his support of Israel, then threw in Michael Ignatieff and Steven Harper into the stable for good measure...

Kenney has asked his bureaucrats to cut the Federation off from all federal funding.

It is about time!!!!!

BTW, before you get there, the Canadian Jewish Congress gets NOTHING from government.

Maybe long past time. Free speech can be pretty ugly, as Wente observes. I'd argue that they're entitled to say what they like within the limits the law allows, and I'm sure you'd agree, but I see no reason to use public funds to subsidize expressions of racism, intolerance, and bigotry, and what certainly looks like the beginnings of incitement to violence.
