I really don't seem to fit in with any of the platforms. Maybe you can help with recommendations? Here's where I stand:

Law and order and personal ethics (can be overlooked if necessary):
For capital punishment, with the option of life sentence according to judge's discretion,
opposed to abortion (life begins at conception),
opposed to gay marriage,

Economy (can be overlooked if necessary):
High taxes as long as we have a national debt, but shifted to 'sin taxes' like cigarettes, alcohol, natural resources, and then perhaps a lowering of taxes once debt paid.
Spending cuts (after the debt is paid), but not to the point of sacrificing education and UN obligations.
Free trade and movement of labour

International and intercultural relations (uncompromising):
Stong supporter of UN and international law, promote further international agrements.

So as you can see, I've got a strong conservative streak, but my international and inter-cultural vews are more socialistic. And while I'm willing to compromise on the conservative streak for the international issues, I still feel divided. Since the parties usually come as 'packages', and they're usually conservative through and through, or socialist through and through, it's hard to find this particular blend!

Add to that, that attitude towards my conservative element turns me off to no end. For example, while I believe in capital punishment and oppose abortion and gay marriage, I'm still appalled at many anti-crime, anti-abortion and anti-gay slogans that often come out of right-wingers, which by no means represent my motives for these policy stances (for me the motive behind a stance is even MORE important that the stance itself), which is probably why I've tended to plug my nose and vote left. Right now, I'm leaning Green Party, owing to its international stance, but I'm more conservative on practically everything else.

Y'know, if a conservative party could emerge which adopted the Green Party's international outlook, I'd be happy. But somehow I can't see it happening any time soon. Do you know of any party or candidate like this, or are some of you like me to some degree?
So, is there a party that reflects my views even roughly?

Looking forward to your responses.

I'll really have to screan the local candidates. Or maybe an independent candidate?

Or I could create my own party: the Conservative Internationalist Party? Or how about 'the 'Pro-UN Conservatives'? Hmmm...
